DRY WALL INSPECTION PASSED YIPPY!

Everything looks really good. I really like the drywall-er, Gale.  I am actually starting to be able to picture myself in this house! And believe it or not it looks bigger with dry wall. I thought the wall would make it looked closed up and smaller.. not the case!  So happy and excited to paint!

INSPECTIONS AND THAT EQUALS DEAD TIME

So if you've been wondering whats been going on for the last 2 weeks. INSPECTIONS. SO they all passed! YES! Nick did have a few minor things to fix on the electric but everything is corrected now. Plumbing and electrical inspections are done! YIPPY!

Today we had the big building/framing inspection. I had to take Brennon to CO Springs for a DR visit so I wasn't here but I heard it was 2 hours longs. But in the end it all passed and we are excited to start getting things done again.

schedule going good still.. I hope to have some insulation pictures to post in the next day or too. The only things i have missed was pictures of the back fill dirt. a couple days last week when things were slow Dave our heavy machinery "operator"  (because Melanie taught me you dont drive you operate=) Dave came with the backhoe and 1 or our 2 giant piles of dirt is gone and the ground is working on being slooped away from teh house.. its pretty steep right now. i didnt realize we would have such a drop off in the back! kids will love that for sledding! lol but not finished yet so i am not sure what it will look like!  but posting more soon!
